I believe that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted as you are.
My goal as a therapist is to create that kind of space—one where you can show up fully, explore your experiences, and begin to feel more grounded and connected within yourself. I view therapy as a partnership, where we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. In addition to authenticity and collaboration, I value meaningful change and growth in the therapy space. I hope that you leave our sessions with a shifted perspective or a new takeaway that guides you towards yourself in a meaningful way.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, I aim to support you in building insight, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety—both in the therapy space and in your day-to-day life.

Outside of Work
In the name of authenticity, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up in the Chicago area, moved to Wisconsin for college, and have never moved back! Although Chicagoland will always feel like home, I love being close to nature and living in cities that feel more laidback and where people are connected to one another.
I always knew I wanted to be a social worker, but found my way to therapy during my undergraduate internship with Child Protective Services (CPS). I found myself craving deep and authentic connections with my clients that weren't sustainable in a role like case management. That led me to my graduate degree where I interned at a substance use and mental health clinic for women on probation/parole. This experience sparked my passion for women's issues such as motherhood, women's health, and women's rights. I now specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and the impacts of women's health (menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, etc.) on neurodivergence.
In my free time, I love spending time with my dog Juneau, being outside, and rotating through a variety of hobbies (ADHD alert) that usually involve some sort of crafting or creativity.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit. Click here to schedule a free 15 minute consult call:
